Terms And Conditions of Admission

1. Course Validity and Admission Duration
   Admission to online or offline courses is valid strictly for the assigned period of time:
   • Three (3) months for single-paper enrollment (applicable upon payment of half fee).
   • Six (6) months for the full course (applicable upon full payment of the fee).

   The admission duration may be extended up to a maximum of fifteen (15) days, subject to approval, upon sending a formal written request to the management.

2. Fee Refund and Transfer Policy
   

   Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances after the commencement of the batch. In exceptional or extraordinary situations, a formal written request for a refund or course adjustment may be submitted to the management within three (3) days of the fee payment. The management reserves the absolute right to evaluate such requests, and its decision shall be final and binding.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Protection
   

   All content, study materials, live sessions, recorded videos, and resources available on our online platforms are registered trademarks and the exclusive intellectual property of DIAS Technologies / DIAS India Edutech.

4. All content is meant for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered student only. Account sharing, distribution, copying, recording, or re-selling of this content is strictly prohibited. Severe action will be initiated agains copying, sharing, or leaking

5. Legal In case of any legal dispute, only the jurisdiction of Delhi Highcourt prevails .
