The major activities undertaken by DIAS India are as follows:

• School and College Outreach: Civil Services Foundation Program for meritorious civil services aspirants is done 3 times every year to make the students aware of the nature and requirements of civil services. Till now, this program has been successful in motivating many students. Its tentative schedule is in the months of June, October and December. As per need, one day orientation programs are organized at various places in the country to create awareness about Civil Services Examination.
• Pursuit of Excellence, Empathy and Dedication: Keeping in mind the objective and to inculcate the qualities of integrity, compassion and excellence in the students, a three-day residential social adaptation camp is organized every year on the birthday of our esteemed former PM AB Vajpayee Ji. 10 camps of this type have been organized so far.
• Topper’s Meet: To honor the successful candidates, toppers meet program is organized every year in July. Their families are also invited.
• Coaching & Guidance: DIAS organizes coaching programs in offline and online mode by experienced faculty and professors and subject experts throughout the year for the benefit of civil services aspirants.
• All India Test & Discussion Series (AITDS): To test students preparation for CSE of that year, we conduct every year, 10 weeks AITDS one week after the Prelims. The purpose is to make one revise their optional/GS thoroughly as per changing pattern of CSE.
• All India Test Series (AITS):  Admissions are open for AITS round the year, every month in optional/GS.
• Integrated Personality Test Guidance Program: Best popular and unique job interview training program which is conducted for those candidates who have qualified the Main Examination of Union Public Service Commission. This program continues for six to eight weeks and includes mock interview sessions with retired /serving officers and other experts.
• Accommodation: DIAS provides accommodation facility to the students at its four centers in Delhi to facilitate studies. Similar accommodations are also provided independently or in collaboration with others in centers outside Delhi like Lucknow and Guwahati.
• Scholarship: DIAS provides scholarships under DPVEF to meritorious and excellent students preparing for the Civil Services Examination and to economically weaker section students.

This year in CSE 2022, our Chemistry Optional student Nitish Maurya secured AIR-90, along with 20 overall selections.

Last year in CSE 2021, we had 5 results in top 100. Our Chemistry optional Students Divyansh Singh secured AIR-49 while G. Sudhir Reddy secured AIR-59. Our Physics optional students Mohit Kasniya secured AIR-61 while Pulkit bagged AIR-65.

And in CSE 2020 ( IAS 21 ) our Physics optional student Mamta Yadav has secured All India Rank 5 in CSE and we had 24 overall selections.

Last year in CSE 2019 (IAS-2020) Our Physics classroom student PRATIBHA VERMA has not only been Topper amongst women, but secured All India Rank 3. Our student ANMOL JAIN has got rare distinction ofAIR-3 in IFoS exam and AIR-14 in CSE 19. We had 6 results in top 100 in CSE 19.

In CSE 18, we had 5 results in top 100. Our student K. Varun Reddy has secured AIR 7th with Mathematics optional, Rahul Jain AIR-21 and Deepesh Kedia AIR-36 with Chemistry Optional.

In CSE 17, we had 5 results in Top 100 with Abhishek Surana bagging AIR-10 & AIR-2 in IFoS Exam with Physics Optional. Sagar Kumar Jha secured Bagging AIR-13 with Mathematics Optional.

This feat has been repeated almost every year since 2005.
